Daily Rate: $70.00 + tax  $78.05
Weekly Rate: $395.00 + tax ($440.38)/week

Monthly Rates: 

Standard Sites:  $795.00 plus electric per month.

Premium Sites: $895.00 plus electric per month.

Pull Throughs: $995.00 plus electric per month.

Vacation Rentals and Weekend Get-Away Rentals $150 per night - units are completely furnished - two person occupancy.

Seasonal Park Model Rental 3 months or longer: $2100 per month / $150 Clean Fee *3 month minimum* - two person occupancy.

Annual Rates:

Park Model Lot Rent and RV Annual: $6600.00 + electric

• Pet Friendly Resort. Breeds not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Chow, Wolf Hybrid, Doberman, German Shepherd. 
• Electric is metered and subject to change per Salt River Project Electric Rates.
• There is a 3% fee for credit/debit card transactions.
• 2 vehicles per site. We do not allow additional trailers of any kind at your site. Storage is limited, so please call prior to arrival for availability.
• Maximum RV length 40' limit
• RV’s older than 15 years need management approval. 
• Check-in time is 12:00 noon, check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Resort facilities are smoke free.
• Rental rates are based on occupancy of no more than two people per space and only one RV per space. Guests may visit a Resort resident for a period of not more than 14 days in any twelve-month period. All guests and visitors must register at the Resort office prior to or upon arrival. There is a $5.00 fee plus tax per person per night for overnight guests.
• Maximum length – 40’  •  Back in sites and pull-thru’s – if you are not comfortable backing in your vehicle, please advise us.  
• Arrivals during daylight hours only, no arrivals after dark which varies with the season.  
• Resort facilities are smoke free.
