• Electric is metered and subject to change per Salt River Project Electric Rates.
• There is a 3% fee for credit/debit card payments.
•  2 vehicles per site. We do not allow additional trailers of any kind at your site. Storage is limited, so please call prior to arrival for availability.
• RV’s older than 10 years need management approval. 
• Arrivals during daylight hours only, no arrivals after 5:00 pm. 
• Check-in time is 12:00 noon, check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Resort facilities are smoke free.
• Rental rates are based on occupancy of no more than two people per space and only one RV per space. Guests may visit a Resort resident for a period of not more than 14 days in any twelve-month period. All guests and visitors must register at the Resort office prior to or upon arrival. There is a $5.00 fee plus tax per person per night for overnight guests.

Advance reservations can be made with a $250 deposit. A specific site is not guaranteed with short term or seasonal reservations. Balance is due and payable in full upon check-in.  

October 1st thru March 31st there are no refunds on cancellations for reservations during that period unless cancelled before October 1st. Cancellations prior to October 1st, deposit is refundable less $50.00 cancellation fee. Within 30 days of the start date there is no refund. There are no refunds on daily and weekly reservations. Rent paid is non-refundable after reservation start date. There are no refunds on unused rent, pro-rating, or subleasing of sites. The unused, paid portions of any site rent may not be gifted, willed or transferred for the use of anyone other than the registered guest of said site. Any changes in rates, policies, and deposit refunds will be processed by Management in accordance with Resort policy.
