Daily Rate: $90.25 plus tax ($10.37) = $100.62/night
Weekly Rate: $495.00 plus tax ($56.87) = $551.87/week
Monthly Rates:
Standard Sites: $825.00 plus tax ($18.15) $843.15 plus electric per month.
Premium Sites: $930.00 plus tax ($20.46) $950.46 plus electric per month.
Pull Throughs: $1045.00 plus tax ($23.00) $1068.00 plus electric per month.
Park Model Rental Annual (New) $1210.00 plus tax ($26.62) $136.62 plus electric per month.
(Pre-owned home) $1165.00 plus Tax ($25.63) $1190.63 plus electric per month.
Park Model Lot Rent and RVA: $6600.00 plus tax (145.20) $6745.20 + electric
· Electric is metered and subject to change per Salt River Project Electric Rates.
· There is a 3% fee on monthly rent for credit/debit card payments.

• Back in sites and pull thru’s – if you are not comfortable backing in your vehicle, please advise us.
• Dog restrictions: 40# weight limit / Breeds Not Permitted: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Wolf hybrid, Doberman, German Shepherd.
• RV’s older than 10 years need management approval.
• Arrivals during daylight hours only, no arrivals after 5:00 pm or after dark as the season permits.
• Check-in time is 12:00 noon, check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Resort facilities are smoke free.
• Rental rates are based on occupancy of no more than two people per space and only one RV per space. Guests may visit a Resort resident for a period of not more than fourteen days in any twelve-month period. All guests and visitors must register at the Resort office prior to or upon arrival. There is a $5.00 fee plus tax per person per night for overnight guests.
